Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unused and in its original packaging

• Complete with all accessories and manuals (if applicable)

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dieseldoctorlondon.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Note:
The electrical parts, nozzle, cap, and body must not be broken in order for the unit to be accepted and the deposit refunded.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If a partial refund is approved (e.g., due to use or missing parts), we will notify you of the adjusted amount.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Warranty Claims

All refurbished products sold by Diesel Doctor London Ltd come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external influences

5. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
